All Shoreditch materials have a FSC certificate. And a E1 or lower toxic admission rating.

BIRCH PLYWOOD

  • Highly used in Shoreditch projects. Creamy-white to biscuit in colour with a straight grain and fine texture.

  • Has an attractive multi-ply edge detail.

BAMBOO PLY

  • Has many environmental qualities. It’s Fast growing , beautiful-looking and has a greater tensile strength by weight than steel.

  • Amazing edge detail.

  • Comes in Coffee colour. Or creamy white, suitable for staining to achieve desired colour.

JOBERT GABOON

  • Pale pink to brown in colour

  • Straight to slightly wavy grain

  • Even medium texture

BIRCH OAK

  • Birch plywood core with American white Oak veneer.

FUTURA PLYWOOD

  • Has a Birch plywood core with high pressure laminate on both sides

  • Available in a range of colours.

EUROLITE MULTIPLY

  • Shoreditch uses this product for inner carcasses in kitchens and wardrobes.

  • Poplar core with white high pressure laminate on both faces.

  • Edge is shown coated in clear oil. Looks the same as a Birch plywood edge but is lighter in colour.

OSMO OIL PRODUCTS

  • Stains and wood waxes in a variety of colours.

  • Semi matt Poly x oil for a clear finish.

BLUM

  • Hinge and lift mechanisms.

  • Legrabox and Tandembox drawer systems.

ABET LAMINATI

  • High Pressure laminate in a range of colours, patterns, veneers and textures.

  • We’ll press it to any of our plywoods to get that extra bit of wow factor.

SOLID TIMBER

  • Any timber that has been sustainably grown is suitable.

RECYCLED TIMBER

  • From reputable reclamation yards.

  • Kauri, Rimu, Oak.

  • Or timber you already have. For example spare weather boards or lining boards you have kept over the years.

Shoreditch utilise a range of high quality materials and processes to produce well designed, well made, functional products. They apply the same working principles to their domestic and commercial fit outs and projects.

Shoreditch believe the integrity of anything they produce to be very important. Hence they manufacture using primarily sustainable solid woods and plywoods, laminates, veneers and reclaimed materials and practice minimal waste working methods wherever possible.
